The Basics
What is the dress code? We recommend Cocktail or Business Attire. Since we are celebrating at the Perry Glass Studio, feel free to add some "sparkle" to your outfit to match the evening's theme!
Ticketing & Registration
Do I need to print my ticket? Nope! We can scan your digital ticket directly from your phone via the Eventeny app or your confirmation email. We will also have a guest list at the door.
What is included in the Sponsorship Package? A $500 sponsorship includes 8 event tickets, a reserved high-top table for your group, and verbal/visual recognition during the program as a supporter of Hampton Roads Pride.
Can I get a refund if I can't make it? Tickets are non-refundable; however, they are transferable! If you can’t attend, feel free to give your ticket to a friend. All proceeds benefit Hampton Roads Pride’s community programs.
The Experience
What kind of food will be served? We will provide a variety of light refreshments from our community business partners. While there will be vegetarian options, please contact us in advance if you have severe dietary restrictions.
How does the Silent Auction work? The auction will be hosted digitally through the Eventeny platform. You can browse items and place bids directly from your smartphone throughout the evening. We will announce the winners during the final toast!
