Each June, Hampton Roads Pride takes front and center stage in the civic consciousness by holding our family-friendly festival in Norfolk and Virginia beach. Pride Weekend is one of the largest LGBTQIA+ festivals in Virginia bringing together more than 40,000 members of the LGBTQIA+ community and its allies to support one another and socialize in a visible and positive environment.

Hampton Roads Pride offers several vendor categories for Pride Weekend 2026:
- Non-Profit / Social Booths
- Retail & Professional Businesses
- Food & Beverage Vendors (Food Trucks & Tents)
Pricing varies based on vendor type, booth size, and placement.
Please refer to each individual application for full pricing details and inclusions.
What is the deadline for submitting the vendor application?
Application Deadlines:
- Food & Beverage Vendors: May 11, 2026 at 11:59 PM
- Booth Vendors (Retail, Non-Profit, Social): May 18, 2026 at 11:59 PM
Applications may close earlier if capacity is reached.
What event am I applying for?
PrideFest (Saturday, June 27, 2026)

Event Hours: 12:00 NOON – 7:00 PM
PrideFest is the largest event of the weekend and serves as the primary vendor marketplace, welcoming tens of thousands of attendees.
Can vendors participate in multiple events during Pride Weekend?
Yes. Vendors may request consideration for additional events during the application process.
