Every year, Pride Weekend transforms our region into a space of celebration, visibility, and joy. And it doesn’t happen without you.

As a pride volunteer, you'll support everything from setup and breakdown to helping guests, handing out merch, guiding artists, and much more. No prior experience is necessary—just show up ready to serve, connect, and have fun.

Whether you can give a few hours or the full weekend, your time matters. This is your moment to show up for community.

Apply to be a Team Lead and help coordinate and support volunteer crews during Pride Weekend.

We’re looking for dependable, proactive leaders to help guide our volunteer teams during Pride Weekend.

As a Team Lead, you’ll help with on-site logistics, check-in, team coordination, and serving as the point of contact for groups of volunteers. You’ll receive training ahead of the event and direct support from the Volunteer Coordinator.

If you’ve got good energy, leadership experience (or a passion for stepping up), and a love for community work, this role is for you.
