Feb 24th - 6:30pm - Wells Theatre - Join us for an evening of connection, reflection, and empowerment with Dr. Jenay Garrett, LPC, CCTP, EMDR Therapist, Owner of P.E.A.C.E. Clinical Solutions, LLC. Our topic is Anxiety and Self-Compassion. In a fast-paced and often overwhelming world, anxiety can quietly shape how we think, feel, and show up every day. During this Community Connection, Dr. Garrett will guide us through a grounded and accessible conversation about how anxiety shows up in everyday life and how practicing self-compassion can be a powerful tool for managing stress, building resilience, and cultivating inner calm.
