The Pride 365 Program represents a sustained, year-round commitment to advancing inclusion, empowerment, and cultural enrichment for our members, the broader community, and our allies. Through a comprehensive portfolio of initiatives, the program provides meaningful opportunities for regional engagement, education, and celebration.
Program components include:
- A Youth Scholarship Program supporting high school students as they pursue diverse educational pathways
- History and experiential learning initiatives delivered through the Community Connections program
- Cultural arts and educational programming
- Entertainment and Social activities
- A National Speakers Series
- The Rainbow Club Youth and Teen Program
- Family-focused LGBTQ+ resources and activations
- Community Engagement initiatives that foster safe, inclusive environments
- Health and wellness education serving a community of more than 100,000 members
- Leadership development programs designed to cultivate emerging LGBTQ+ leaders
Collectively, these initiatives address the distinct needs of the LGBTQ+ community, promote deeper understanding, and strengthen connections across the region.
In 2026 Pride 365 will expand its reach, enhance program quality, and ensure equitable access for all participants. Together, we will continue building a more inclusive, vibrant, and resilient community year-round.
